Are you open to the public?

Unfortunately no, we are not open to the public, as a non essential retail store we are not allowed to trade in person, you can continue to shop online.

Can I order online and collect?

Unfortunately no, as a non essential retailer we are not permitted to offer a click and collect service and you are not permitted to make a journey to us.

Will there be a delay to my order?

Unfortunately, yes, due to Covid-19 there is likely to be a delay in posting your order of at least 48 hours. I am the only person in the shop processing orders and I am experiencing higher demand than normal. 

I have selected next day delivery will my order be dispatched first?

Unfortunately no, orders are being processed in the order that they are placed. You are effectively in a queue and will need to wait upto 48 hours for your order to be dispatched. Your order will then leave us on the delivery method that you have selected.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been processed I am happy to do this for you. Please email us with the subject 'cancelation' including your order number. 

Why can't I contact you by telephone?

For the time being, I regret that I am not able to take telephone calls, as I focus on processing orders as a priority. I am still able to offer full email support however this will be done from home of an evening so please be patience. I am working through increased messaging levels as quickly as I can.

My order hasn't arrived yet, when will it arrive?

Royal Mail are experiencing higher demand than Christmas and they have asked for patience as they work though your orders. Please allow at least 10 working days for your order to arrive.
