Delivery Information
Pre orders
All pre order items will clearly display 'PRE ORDER (and then a month)' in the item title. please note we have until the last day of the month to ship your orders - if you would like a more accurate timescale please call or email us (01782 610 241 | hello@hollieshaberdashery.co.uk)
If you are order regular items with your pre order please note that your order will ship in full when your pre order item comes into stock.
UK Orders
All goods delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent by Royal Mail 48.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 10am on the same day, although during extremely busy periods, such as sale periods and following bank holidays it may take an extra day or so to dispatch your order.
Royal Mail collect from us around 11am daily
You will receive a dispatch email to confirm when you order has left us.
Orders are shipped Tuesday through to Saturday. No orders are shipped on Sundays and Mondays.
Tracked Shipping - £3.99
It is important to remember that Royal Mail do ask that you allow 10 working days after the expected arrival date (13 working days in total) for delivery before they will look into any lost item. (This is a time limit imposed by Royal Mail, not ourselves, you can view their policy on there website.)
Urgent Shipping - Special Delivery : £12.99
This is the business equivalent to Special Delivery before 1pm
Please note we ship orders Tuesday through to Saturday. If your order is placed after 10am on Friday this will be shipped on Saturday but please note this will not start moving through Royal Mails system until Monday so you will not receive your item until Tuesday!
This is a trackable service, Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver by 1pm the day after shipping! Please refer to our opening times and order cut of times.
International Orders
Royal Mail International: £24.99 per 2kg parcel
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked.
International postage is expensive because we choose to use a tracked service so that your order can be tracked after it has left the UK. Please be aware that we do not make a profit from our postage charges – they simply reflect what Royal Mail charge us. Delivery outside of the UK is generally around 7-14 working days although during busy periods this can sometimes take longer. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long the international postal system will take to deliver your order - please allow 45 working days for your international orders to arrive.
Delivery confirmation:
Once your order has left us you will receive email confirmation to advise that your order has left us and will be with you shortly. Within this email will be a Royal Mail code so that you can track your delivery. Once Royal Mail have confirmed delivery via the reference number we have completed our contact with you.
* Please note that we are currently closed on Sundays and Mondays so no orders leave us on Mondays.
