Tilda Carousel Pillow Kit
Tilda Basics collections are designed to be great companions to our other collections and a new Tilda concept is Vintage Nursery, which uses Poppyseed and Brie Basics with fabrics from the Creating Memories range for a collection of charming pillow designs. The mix of fabrics gives a scrappy, vintage look that is very attractive. The pillow designs use appliqué for flower and animal motifs and if you enjoy creating your own projects, the rabbits, dogs, cats and elephants can be interchanged for different looks. A page of appliqué designs is included showing these animals. This Carousel Pillow uses a putty-coloured background and is great fun with its elephant and dog riding the carousel. The appliqué alphabet provided allows you to change the letter to one of your choice to suit the recipient. Some sweet buttons are used for decoration. The pillow is also available with a slate-coloured background. The appliqué uses a turned-edge method and full size patterns are supplied for the design.
Pillow Kits come complete with backing and binding fabrics, just add optional lining fabric 27in square, Wadding (batting): 27'' square and optional buttons for decoration and the back of the pillow; Brie Basics (400079) and pack of Poppyseed Basics buttons (400078)
